VisArts' 11th Annual Rockville Arts Festival - Chalk Art Competition

Show us your creativity and celebrate community!

We’re looking for artists of all ages to enter our chalk art competition and decorate the Square at VisArts’ 11th Annual Rockville Arts Festival on Saturday, May 6 from 11 AM-3 PM*.

Sign up by Thursday, May 4 to participate as an individual or a group of up to eight people. We’ll provide the chalk; you provide the colorful design. Artist Steve Prince will judge the entries and award $150, $75, and $50 gift certificates to the Festival for first, second, and third place.
