Learning based ceramic tile mural that is blocked into different sections representing various avenues of art and science. The upper portion is represented by satellites in space, Copernicus, Einstein and constellations. The lower portion of the piece consists of an oversized book that teaches children about botany while other children stargaze and look at dinosaur bones. Adding to the whimsical theme of the mosaic is an open book depicting a scene from Alice in Wonderland while Alice and the white rabbit emerge out of the book and into the composition. All the grout in the mosaic has been painted grey, except in areas that are white, in order to blend in with the overall color scheme.
