Wind Harps

The sculpture consists of three painted steel arcs mounted on individual concrete bases above grade. Each arc is topped with a metal crescent (assumed to be the aluminum element), and each crescent is “strung” with four stainless steel wires, forming the harps which are played by the blowing wind.
