Creativity Grants

The purpose of the Creativity Grant Program is to strengthen the vitality and sustainability of artists and small organizations to maintain a strong and stable arts infrastructure in the State of Maryland. The Creativity Grant also provides opportunities to serve the growing needs of relevant arts projects and collaborations within Maryland communities.

All activities described in project-based application submissions to any funding program at the Maryland State Arts Council must demonstrate alignment with the Maryland Strong: Roadmap to Recovery plan to be considered eligible.

Applying for a project grant: To be eligible for MSAC funding during the current Governor-declared State of Emergency, a project must be allowable in accordance with established safety standards at the time of application submission.
