ATMTC is looking for a Director of Operations to serve as it’s General Manager and help lead the Administrative functions of ATMTC. To achieve this, the General Manager coordinates, communicates, and problem solves so that all support functions of the organization (Business, HR, Database, and Patron Services) are supportive to the effective delivery of our programs.  As a member of the Senior Staff, the General Manager serves as a public face of ATMTC promoting the program and managing partnerships, ensures clear communication with other departments, and contributes to strategic planning for the organization.  

General work hours are Monday-Friday 9 am – 5 pm, with additional evening and weekend work, as required. Remote work is available in coordination with supervisor based on coverage.   The General Manager reports to the Executive Director (EXEC) and supervises the Patron Services/Special Events Associate, as well as Marketing contractors. 


$60,000 with exceptional benefits
