Dismantling Inequity in the Workplace Training

The Dismantling Inequity in the Workplace training is for leaders (who can exist at every level of an organization, regardless of title) who have a deep awareness of racial equity and commit to advancing equity and justice in both their professional and personal lives. The topics of this full-day workshop will vary; however, each session will combine personal reflection, interpersonal skills-building, and practical applications that can assist in recognizing and dismantling inequities in the workplace and beyond.
