Montgomery County Office of Grants Management: FY24 Place-Based Management Grants Program

The Community Engagement Cluster and the Montgomery County Office of Grants Management are soliciting grant applications under the County’s FY 2024 Place-Based Management Grants Program from qualified organizations providing direct services that support economic growth and revitalization strategies and services across the County’s commercial corridors.

This is a competitive grants program that does not guarantee award.

A total of $400,000 will be made available to fund awards between $25,000 and $200,000 for up to 12 months. At least $200,000 must be awarded to programs serving the Silver Spring Regional Services Center area.

Applicants may submit multi-year funding proposals for up to three years but funding beyond the first 12 months will be contingent on both satisfactory project performance and availability of funding.
