Productivity is often viewed as the driving force behind the success or failure of an organization at the expense of employee wellbeing. Over the past few years, organizations have grappled with how people have shifted their priorities on how they spend their time and what it means to be productive. To foster organizational cultures that drive innovation and positive results, people need environments that support their well-being and strategies to promote intentional productivity. Working with purpose and intention does not mean working non-stop. In this workshop, you will learn approaches that encourage focus, effectiveness, and well-being to disrupt dominant cultural notions of productivity that are counterproductive and harmful.
