The Takoma Park Festival has provided joyous and eclectic entertainment for four decades, and it returns on Sunday September 16, from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., rain or shine. This free and family-friendly event showcases folksingers, international musicians and dancers, as well as teen performers.
