Meditate with a Monk: Blissful Tuesdays

This meditation program is presented and offered by members of the Mahamevnawa Meditation Center of Greater Washington, D.C. (MMCDC).

“Meditate with a monk” goes beyond mere focus and delves into the profound ways in which meditation enables us to transcend a negative state of the mind. Create space for a life filled with relaxation, energy, and genuine happiness. Each session spans 90-minutes and consists of 3-4 short sessions, complemented by enlightening discussions and narratives that explore the “why, what, and how” of various meditation techniques.
