Explore the benefits of mindfulness by learning how to meditate.

Mindfulness can promote a healthier mind and body, reduce stress, foster compassion, and increase our memory skills.  Together we will focus on many different aspects of meditation, including the practice of “letting go.” By practicing “Letting Go,” we train our mind to give up past experiences, especially thoughts causing stress and anxiety.
